Brandie Henry completed her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport Louisiana in August of 2001. She joined Vascular Surgery Associates after graduating and has worked for Total Vein Care since April of 2007. Brandie is a native of St Francisville, Louisiana but has lived in Baton Rouge since going to college at LSU. Her free time is primarily spent with her husband and 2 little girls.

Joan H. Smith, MSN, NP-C, received a Bachelor of Science, Masters of Nursing, and Masters in Education from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nurses' Honor Society and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her prior work experience was as a surgery, recovery room nurse as well as a nursing instructor at a local nursing college. She specialized in venous disease several years ago.
